Protein (function)

Phenotype
The phenotype of blood stages (growth rate), oocyst and sporozoite production and liver stage development were not different from wild type parasites. Liver stage development was analysed by measuring prepatent period after infection of mice with defined numbers of sporozoites either by intravenous or intradermal administration.
